1864. Election medal of Lincoln and Johnson, 32 mm. The obverse shows a handsome portrait of Lincoln (by W. H. Key), surrounded by LINCOLN & JOHNSON UNION CANDIDATES with 1864 below. The reverse has a small head of Washington at the center, with stars and rays behind, and the legend FREEDOM TO ALL MEN/ UNION. Struck in white medal, and holed for suspension. Very Fine.
