(4) A slave named Pompey, who is about to be freed by the Emancipation Proclamation, giving notice to his master on December 26 (1862) (5) John Bull (with a bull's face and a £ symbol in one eye), showing his partialty for the Confederates (6) Lincoln trying to unknot thread which has unraveled from a ball of yarn called "UNION."
