An extraordinarily extensive collection, mostly mint, hinged in four Scott albums. Includes all the French colonies in Africa, the Pacific and the Americas, also French Offices Abroad and Monaco. Over 80% complete for the period, with catalog values to around $300. Many of the better early issues including the 1890's overprints are present. Occasional small fault. Generally F.-V.F.
