Liberty Seated Quarter Dollar. 1874. Arrows. Proof 64 +. The obverse is a satiny gray color with deeper blue near the shield, while the reverse is a more dazzling russet in the center, iridescent blue around the rim affair. A tough type coin with the arrows at the date.
