Lot 203

Silver Three Cent Piece. 1852. PCGS graded MS-64. Here is a superbly toned example of this date. The surfaces are aglow with iridescent hues of gold, green and red on both sides, likely from long storage in a Wayte Raymond holder. Further, the strike is decent too, and the dies show none of the usual clash marks that are so common to these tiny coins. A more appealing example would be difficult to imagine (PCGS # 3666) .
Estimated Value $400-UP.
