Lot 1241
Ancient Persia. Achaemenid Kings. Lot of Thirty-five AR Sigloi, c. 5th century BC. A quite decent group. All with Hero/King in kneeling-running stance, holding bow and spear / Incuse punch. The bulk are Carradice Type III. Nearly all on good metal, and well centered. A number have banker's marks, some of which look interesting. Coins range from Fine to About Very Fine; a few better.
