Aegina. Lot of Three AR Staters, c. 525-457 BC. Above average examples. A good lot. All with top view of sea turtle, and on reverse, a segmented incuse pattern. Earliest, c. 550-525 BC, with annular banker's mark on back / "Mill sail" pattern (cf. SNG Delepierre 1597). Plus two later: c. 500-480, Sea turtle / Skew pattern incuse (cf. SNG Delepierre 1516); and 480-457, T-back turtle / Skew pattern incuse (cf. SNG Delepierre 1527ff.) All on good metal, with nearly complete turles. One on large elongated flan. All lightly toned. Lot of 3 coins. Coins average Fine to About Very Fine.
