Attica. Athens, after 393 BC. AR Tetradrachm (17.04 g). An appealing example for fans of odd-shaped coins. Head of Athena right, wearing crested helmet. Reverse: Owl standing right, olive sprig at left. SNG Cop. 63. An appealing late Athena, but on a very oblong flan. A few light, ancient scratches at cheek and chin. Metal an even matte texture. Extremely Fine, likely as struck.
