Great Britain. Proof 'Una & Lion Gold Five Pounds, 1839. S.3851; WR-278 (R4); KM-742. Lettered Edge. Six Scrolls. Victoria, 1837-1901. Young filleted head, six full scrolls to front fillet, thirteen leaves to rear fillet. Reverse; The Queen as Una leading the British lion, DIRIGE type legend, date in Roman numerals in exergue, inscribed edge in raised letters. This fully lustrous specimen is remarkably free from scuffs with good eye-appeal. For variety WR-278 only 4 graded at PCGS; 2 in PF62Cam; 2 in PF62+Cam. PCGS graded Proof Genuine, Uncirculated Detail (Repaired). Estimated Value $40,000 - UP
