Phoenicia. Arados, after 137 BC. AR Tetradrachm (15.3 g), struck 129/128 BC. Veiled and draped bust of Tyche right, wearing mural crown. Reverse: Nike standing left, holding aplustre and palm branch; ethnic at right, date at left (year 131), all within laurel wreath. BMC 183. Cleaned, now lightly retoned. Pleasing style. Choice Very Fine.
