Akarnania. Anaktorion, c. 345-300 BC. AR Stater (8.7 g). Pegasus flying left, "A" monogram below. Reverse: Head of Athena left, wearing Corinthian helmet; behind, kitharos. Pegasi II, p. 482, no. 3. Crisply and boldly struck. Toned, with residual luster. Pleasing. Choice Very Fine.
