1913 Buffalo Nickel. Type 2. NGC graded Proof 67. One of the very finest graded of this important first year of issue (type II). The strike is nearly perfect, and we note a trace of bluish toning on the obverse, and a rich golden sunset on the reverse. Of course the surfaces are mark and spot free, and this one appears to have scarcely been touched since the day it was coined. NGC has graded only 23 this high, with just 2 higher.
