Lot 2625
1903 Morgan Dollar. PCGS graded MS-66. This coin is particularly satiny with a soft gray tone with areas of gold too on both sides. Sharply struck by the dies and quite beautiful. We suspect that this one was stored in an envelope or a coin album for many, many years and slowly developed this toning. Knockout gem surfaces, which are hard to find on this date. PCGS has graded 351 this high, and just 23 higher! A tough coin.
