1839 Liberty Seated Half Dime. PCGS graded MS-66. Blazing white luster without a breath of toning to be found. The surfaces simply scream with luster. At a glance, the brilliance makes one think this is some kind of modern issue, as early coins are almost never this bright. The strike is about as perfect as one could expect, with no signs of weakness on either side. PCGS has graded 13 this high, with just 5 higher all MS-67 above.
