Karloff stars in British Intelligence (1940, Warner Brothers) One Sheet. Karloff, masquerading as a butler, is actually a German spy whose image looms over the other action in this striking poster. The movie, ostensibly about World War I, carried several obvious references to the then-current Nazi regime.
Folds with separation tape repaired verso, particularly along center vertical crease; minor nicks and chips to edges, with tiny areas of paper loss and verso tape repairs; owner and ID stamps verso; small area of crinkling at bottom right corner, with small tears. Bold original colors and very little obvious damage recto, but condition verso brings grade to good.
