Crissy, Philadelphia, 1832) and the scarce Atlas to Marshall's Life of Washington (J. Crissy, Philadelphia, 1832).
We offer the second edition of this famed work, "Revised and Corrected By The Author", with the sought-after Atlas.
All three volumes: original boards and endpapers; foxing throughout; shelf wear. An owner stamped his name "Geo. A. Weaver" at the top right corner of each title page, and another owner entered a digit (presumably his library number) in ink on the verso of the front endpapers of Volumes 1 and 2 and inside the cover of the Atlas, where he/she has also entered the name "L Weaver". Old penciled price inside front of Volume 1.
Volumes 1 and 2 are tight and intact, Atlas has all of the beautiful hand-colored maps it should, but the binding is loose at the bottom edge front and back, and there is some noticeable soil to the edges.
Less the foxing, these volumes would qualify as fine condition.
