Lovely pendant of an ancient Seleukid Empire, Philip I Philadelphos Silver Tetradrachm in a 18K yellow gold bezel with unique foliat design. On the obverse is Diademed head to right; on the reserve is Zeus Nikephoros seated to left on throne, holder scepter, all within laurel wreath.
