1985 $10 3rd Overprint Error. PMG has graded this beautiful $10 1985 FRN A37206603B as 55 About Uncirculated. Terrific side margins adorn this Type II note, and it appears two or three grades better than the one assigned. Estimated Value $700 - 1,000
Like the $5 denomination error in the previous lots, this $10 mistake is significantly more difficult to locate than the $1 and $20 denominations. Combined with the fact that the BEP will never again produce this small head design, it would not surprise us to see the value of these errors continue to rise well into the future.
