Three rare under-inking Error Notes. $1 1999 serial # C76142310* STAR NOTE graded PMG 66 EPQ Gem Unc, with 60% of the back under-inked, and two consecutive $1 1999 FRN STAR notes with the upper right serial numbers under-inked, one graded PMG 65 EPQ and the other 66 EPQ both Gem Uncirculated. Estimated Value $600 - 1,000
Star notes like this were printed to replace errors and locating any high grade STAR note with an error on it is a real find. While these two stars are not as dramatic as the previous note, if I were still collecting I wouldn't hesitate to put these away.
