Outstanding Neoclassical Ring with Garnet Intaglio Exquisitely Carved Battle Scene set in a Simple, Custom, 18K Yellow Gold Mount. Neoclassical ring with a spectacular garnet intaglio of an ancient Greek warrior with spear, shield and helmet standing triumphantly over a defeated enemy soldier, head bowed and on his knees. The intaglio has remarkable detail, deeply carved and of the highest quality. Ring is a size 6¼ with a total gross weight of 8.31 grams. Ring is in near to mint condition, the only issue is the hairline polish abrasions which are very minor. Estimated Value $1,500 - 2,000
