Exquisite Necklace of Ancient Red Glass Beads Having a Superb Patina with Eleven (11) High Karat Yellow Gold Charms with Bird and Foliate Designs. Ancient cranberry pink glass beads with many having areas of iridescence adding great appeal to the texture and color tones. Eleven (11) high karat, gold sheet over wax core charms/panels, 10 = 20¼ x 20¼ mm and the center large charm is 31¼ x 31¼ mm. The traditional Ottoman Iznik designs in each panel (which are the same of two birds in a traditional foliate design) are of exceptional detail and quality. Total gross weigh is 63.40 grams.
