Two Pairs of Ancient Roman Earrings in High Karat Yellow Gold from 2nd-3rd Century AD. Collection of two, fine pairs of earrings from Ancient Rome, 2nd-3rd Century AD.
1.) Pair of shield earrings in high karat yellow gold. Not an exact match, but so similar they work as a pair, the biggest difference are the curves of the shield. 3.95 grams 10.25 mm round.
2.) Lovely dangling earrings having roughly faceted garnets. Beautifully made in high karat yellow gold they are 28mm in length and weigh 2.20 grams. Estimated Value $600 - 900
