On verso reads Copyright 1991 Marvel Comics Group, a division of Cadence Industries Corporation. All right reserved. Panel is not forthcoming on which issue save for the notation of Page 8. However it does appear to be from one of the collaborations of Denny O'Neil and John Romita Jr. Condition: Original line corrections in top right panel. Overall art has overall toning to the entire panel, two corner trims to upper left and right tips and a corner tear at bottom right. Still a great scene with two scenes with Spider-Man in suit and as Peter Parker meeting with J. Jonah Jameson being a complete jerk which is always fun. Estimated Value $400 - 800
