Barbra Streisand: Inscribed and Signed Note of Thanks to Warner Bros. Music Exec for A STAR IS BORN Affixed to Boxed Set of Albums. Barbara Streisand, one of the great voices of the 20th Century spearheaded and co-produced a remake of A STAR IS BORN. The film prove a huge success but so did the soundtrack album selling over 4 million albums. Very much behind the scenes was Warner Brother Music executive Gary LeMel, frequently referenced as the "godfather of soundtrack albums". Streisand writes "Dear Gary, Thank you for all your invaluable help! You're such a doll! I appreciate all your support and for sake, let (your wife) in the bathroom" and BOLDLY signs "Love Barbra" Box cover has two small stains but the affixed page is pristine. The three albums, by all appearances have never been played are Classical Barbra, Lazy Afternoon and Butterfly. Estimated Value $500 - 1,000
