KISS: The immensely popular and spectacularly theatrical rock/metal band known for their comic-book styled costumes, makeup and stagecraft. But more importantly, KISS delivered rock music that proved a sensation beginning in the late 1970s and 1980s, creating a fan base that has kept them touring to present day. In the 1980s Michael James Jackson was their producer and these gold and platinum records in this auction are from his personal collection. "The Box Set" a compilation set of 5 albums recorded between 1966-1999 and was released in 2001. It was certified gold by the RIAA for sales of more than 500,000 and given how expensive the set retailed, a phenomenal accomplishment In excellent condition 24 x 16" and framed in black lacquered wood.
