London's popularity was unprecedented at the turn of the century and became one of the first celebrity authors amassing an impressive fortune due to his worldwide appeal.
The Call of the Wild (1903) The Macmillan Company, First Edition Second Printing July 1903. In very good condition, Slight angle to spine with evidence of wear to top and bottom edges, otherwise clean boards. Front end papers have slight discoloration, with the balance of the pages fine with two or so pages having shadow folds rendered almost moot from years of being flattened. A solid copy of arguably Mr. London's most famous work. Estimated Value $400 - 600
