Roosevelt, Theodore: Signed Appointment as President for William Michael Bryan, as State Attorney for Delaware (1858-1919) Boldly signed appointment by Teddy Roosevelt signed and issued as President and dated March 20th, 1903 to William Michael Bryan as Delaware State Attorney General. Appointment measures 16 x 21" and has some overall darkening/toning with edge chips to lower right corner. But Roosevelt's signature is clean and bold with document in very stout condition and without creases or folds. Estimated Value $400 - 800
