To visit the US Senate Chamber, one must stop by one's Senator's office to obtain a pass. They are almost always stamped with a facsimile signature. However in special cases, a senator may choose to hand sign. Such was the case for a Mrs. Martha B. Cooper with "John F. Kennedy" hand-signing in black fountain pen ink.
