1984 Olympics: Two (2) US Mint 1984 Olympic Prestige Set, Including the Silver Proof Dollar with the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum on Obverse. For the 1984 US Olympics, the US Mint entered into the Olympic Coin Program with their "Prestige Set". This wonderful six-piece set includes all of the proof issue coins of 1984 as well as a commemorative Los Angeles Olympics proof Silver dollar in the original U.S. Mint presentation with one in a faux leather folio.
The special silver dollar is 90% pure silver with the LA Coliseum on the obverse and an American eagle on the verso. The mirror-like proof finish adds further beauty with an impressive gleam. Mint. Estimated Value $100 - 150
