1863 Liberty Seated Quarter Dollar. PCGS graded Proof 64. A gorgeous proof specimen, exquisitely toned. The centers radiate with pale violet blending outwards to electric blue iridescence at the borders. Some scattered light hairlines visible only under strong magnification and none are worthy of note. Only 460 proofs were made.
