1900 Barber Dime. PCGS graded Proof 66. Icy white frost at the center and surrounded by gold fading to dark blue at the rims. An outstanding example of this date because of the surfaces, strike and preservation. One of just 26 graded this high according to PCGS, with 9 graded higher of this date.
