This coin was worn as jewelry and the edges have been smoothed, wiping out the reeding on the edge in some areas. Always popular for the fourteen star reverse, and this die shattered early, and several die cracks can be seen through the shield, and these also weakened the area around AMERICA. One for the budget minded collector who wants a rarity in a moderate grade.
