1858//68 Group Of 3 Better Used Stamps. Scott 27, 70b, & 96. Three very nice appearing and attractive atamps with fresh bright colors, however according to the accompanying PSE certificates even though they are genuine in all respects, they have problems: #27 rebacked & reperf at right and bottom, #70b with diagonal crease at upper right and perf repair at left, #96 (Hyogo Japan cancel) is the very thin paper variety with small tear at right.
