Stan Lee Personal Notepad and Signed Pencil. Notepad reads "From Stan Lee Marvel Productions, LTD", pencil is signed in black marker, also has his name in gold lettering. Notepad has some water damage on the back and pencil is in excellent condition, likely used in the early 90's. Estimated Value $300 - 400
