One of only two banks in Lowell to survive the entire National Banking era, with the Appleton switching from a state bank to a national bank in April 1865. The signatures are the gentleman that began once the bank chartered, John F. Kimball as Cashier and John A. Knowles as President, serving together until 1875. Rare. Estimated Value $500 - UP
