Hadrian. Æ Sestertius (28.53 g), AD 117-138. Rome, 130-133. HADRIANVS AVG COS III P P, laureate and draped bust of Hadrian right. Reverse: HISPANIA, SC in exergue, Hispania recling left on pile of rocks, holding branch; at her feet, rabbit. RIC II.3, 1664. Uniform dark green patina. A very handsome sestertius and a popular reverse type. Some smoothing and strengthening of details noted. Extremely Fine. Estimated Value $1,500 - UP
