This 318 Gram 2 ½ X 2 1/8 inch Canyon Diablo iron-nickel meteorite is an excellent shaped palm sized specimen with regamaglypts of one of the most sought after iron meteorites by collectors. Most currently available Canyon Diablo meteorites are flakes that weigh just a few grams. The nearly one mile in diameter crater near Winslow, Arizona was created over 50,000 years ago when a 50 foot in diameter meteorite exploded high over the Arizona desert.
