Unusual Shaped Crotalocephalus Trilobite. The 360 million year old Crotalocephalus trilobite from Atchana, Morocco is shaped like no other trilobite. It is long and narrow looking more like some very strange armored insect. This 3 inch X 1 ¼ inch complete dark brown trilobite has a bulbous glabula on its cephalon (head), sharp spines on its tail and even the hypostome (mouth) revealed on the bottom of its head.
