Signed by the 6th United States President (1825-1829) John Quincy Adams, and countersigned by George Graham, Commissioner of the General Land Office. Document measures approximately 9.5" (height) by 15.5" (width). There are five vertical creases and one horizontal crease, none affecting Adams' signature with even overall toning. In good to very good condition with Adams' signature quite legible and bold. Estimated Value $600 - 900
