Zeno, AD 474-491. Gold Solidus (4.26 g). Probably struck at Constantinople in Second Sole Reign. Helmeted and cuir. bust three-quarters facing r., holding spear and shield. Reverse: VICTORIA AVGG with officina N. Victoria stg. l. holding long jewelled cross, star in r. field. Cf. 21514; DOC 629-43.
