1840. Small letters (reverse of 1839). PCGS graded MS-65. Lovely blue and gold toning on both sides, with deep and rich blue at the periphery, fading to lighter russet gold and silver to the centers. Incredible toning and equally matched quality, with gem surfaces throughout. A pristine delight and gorgeous quality that will never go out of style. Well struck. Pop 8; 6 finer, 5 in 66, 1 in 66+.
