Lot 21

1803 C-2 R4 NGC graded Fine Details Rev Scratched. Rather glossy medium steel brown and chocolate. The planchet is mostly smooth, only a few trivial flakes in the obverse fields, but the reverse has numerous fine scratches, mostly on HALF CENT. The scratches do not break the toning and the eye appeal is decent for a worn coin. E-MDS, Manley 2.0, with very fine die cracks on the reverse. The date is bold and the legends are clear. Our grade is net VG8. Estimated Value $200 - UP
From the Raymond Gatzke Collection.

Realized $144
