Collection of 11 Signed Color Portrait Photos from Astronaut Groups 1-5, Including Elliott See, Gordon Cooper, John S. Bull, Scott Carpenter. Excellent collection of 11 signed 8 x 10" NASA color portraits being divided by Astronaut Group numbers. 1.) From Astronaut Group 1, the Mercury 7 Astronauts two signed portraits in business suit by Scott Carpenter and one superb Gordon Cooper in his silver flight suit and helmet. 2.) From Group 2 (1962, 9 selected) a rare signed lithograph, color portrait photo signed by Elliott See. See was scheduled to fly on Gemini 9 with Charles Bassett but both perished in the crash of their T-38 trainer jet in 1966. Also form Group 2 is a signed and inscribed color litho photo signed "Tom Stafford Gemini VI, IX Apollo X and Apollo-Soyuz", an especially fine signed autograph by James McDivitt inside a red, white and blue mat and a Mission Report from Apollo 8 signed by Frank Borman where he also affixed an Apollo 8 sticker. 3.) From Group 3, famously referred to as The Fourteen, a color litho portrait inscribed and signed "To Ralph's Bar & Grill Have one for Walt Cunningham Apollo 7" with Cunningham in blue coveralls standing aside a Saturn Rocket model. The other is of Russell L. Schweickart in white space suit, inscribed and signed "Best Wishes Rusty Schweickart". 4.) From Group 4 "The Scientists" inscribed and signed color portrait photo "Best Wishes Ed Gibson, Skylab III" 5.) From Group 5 announced in 1966, a scarce inscribed and signed NASA color portrait inscribed and signed John S. Bull. Bull was assigned to be on the support crew for Apollo 8 but had to retire when discovered he had a pulmonary disorder. Also there are two inscribed and signed white suit color portraits of Jerry Carr both signed "My Best Regards Jerry Carr, CDR Skylab II and SL-4". Also included is a fine autograph of Jack Lousma 2½ x 3¼" matted in red, white and blue and a signed poem by Edgar Guest "Sermons We See".
