Hank Aaron Signed Cooperstown Jersey Mitchell & Ness, Wool Zip-Up, Milwaukee Braves #44, Logo/Name Soon To Be Retired, Certified by Steiner Sports. Hank Aaron having only passed in late January of this year left a heavy heart for fans worldwide, but certainly Milwaukee and Atlanta where he played for the Braves for 21 seasons. He broke Babe Ruth's record for the most home runs and held that record for 33 years. He was inducted in the Hall of Fame in 1982 garnering 98% of the first ballot. In every way this is a fantastic signed piece with Aaron having signed with a black Sharpie. Two Steiner holograms (ID
AT 003446625) and we note only one tiny moth hole on the right shoulder, that is all but invisible. Otherwise this is a great piece and a great commemorative to one of the all-time greats of the game as well as a record of a sports name and logo (tomahawk on front, the name Braves, and the face patch of a Native American man on sleeve) that is now being retired. Original paper tag still attached. Estimated Value $1,500 - UP
