Kennedy, John Fitzgerald; Exceptional Archive of over 90 Signed Pieces, TLS by Kennedy, Family, Assassination Archive, Warren Report (1917-1963) An excellent collection of Kennedy material taking over 30 years to assemble and contained in two binders. The scope of how many signed pieces by family members, friends and politicos important to Kenned at the time, as well as the Warren Report. 1.) TLS as Senator Elect on Congressional letterhead by John Kennedy postmarked Dec. 31, 1952 from Palm Beach; a thank you to Mary Morel for evidently months long work for his victorious campaign. Letter of Authenticity by JSA. Also included in this collection are exceptionally fine signed photo by Robert S. McNamara (Sec. of Defense) Orville Freeman (Sec. of Agriculture), Richard Cardinal Cushing, 5 photos signed by John Connally (Gov. of Texas, assassination), two photos signed by A.Averell Harriman (Secretary of East Asian Affairs) Evelyn Lincoln (10+ years personal secretary to JFK), 12 signed photos by Henry Cabot Lodge (Foreign Policy), Striking portrait photo of George Meany (Labor leader), Abe Ribicoff (Sec. of Health & Education), three signed photos of Dean Rusk (Sec. of State), Adlai Stevenson (Ambassador to UN), Stewart Udall (Secretary of Interior) John Sherman Cooper (Soviet Relations/Investigation), Sargent Shriver and gorgeous 8 x 10" family photo of Robert Kennedy with family signed by Ethel Kennedy. Finally there are three soft cover souvenir issues of the Kennedy's: Jacqueline Kennedy: Her Fashions, Her Home, Her Words, The Story of John F. Kennedy, One Dozen Red Roses, The Life Story of Jacqueline Kennedy and What the President Does All Day" signed by Jackie Kennedy.

There are letters and autographs by Joseph P. Kennedy, (TLS dated 1953), J. Edgar Hoover, Sam Ervin, partial printed Christmas cards by Jacqueline Kennedy (salutations are in her hand), handwritten letter by John McCormack close ally of both JFK who was instrumental in getting LBJ to agree to be his VP speaking on how he heard of JFK's death, Ted Kennedy, Ethel Kennedy, Sargent Shriver, Richard Cardinal Cushing, John Connally, Charles A. Alleck (House Minority Leader, 1963), two signed 3 x 5 cards by Wayne Hardin Naval, Academy football coach with Kennedy a big fan, numerous facsimile pieces co-signed by Evelyn Lincoln (personal secretary), covers and two TLS signed by Ted Kennedy, 2 x Frank Mankiewics (both JFK and R. Kennedy associate with press) Mike Mansfield, Clairborne Pell, Three autographs by co-crew members on PT-109 under Kennedy's command. James Rowley (TLS by then head of Secret Service) 2 x autographs on cards by Rex Scouten, Chief White House Usher, Jerome Wiesner (Science Advisor to Kennedy) and more.

Letters, signed photos and autographs relating to the JFK assassination. Jim Garrison signed passage from his book, Marina Oswald Porter (Wife of Lee Harvey Oswald), Marguerite G. Oswald (mother of Lee Oswald), Maurice Neal "Nick" McDonald signed photo in uniform, the patrolman for the Dallas Police Department who arrested Lee Harvey Oswald shortly after the murder of John F. Kennedy. Malcolm Perry (Parkland Hospital lead physician), Cyril H. Wecht M.D. famed pathologist investigating assassination John E. Donovan (Oswald's CO in the Marines) who in this handwritten letter writes "Lee needed help -- The entire world suffered because he didn't get it. May his soul rest in peace" dated 2/17/1968. Jesse Edward Curry, Dallas Police Chief who rode in lead car of motorcade and deposition on assassination, Judge Sarah T. Hughes who swore in LBJ on the plane, An excellent signed card by Earl Warren signing his quote the "No evidence Lee Harvey Oswald was involved with any person or group" as well as a similar signed card by Richard B. Russell, Senator, Eight world leaders signing their printed condolences on the death of JFK Lawrence F. Obrien Postmaster General who spearheaded a Memorial and Plaza in Long Beach, CA, and John Sherman Cooper signing photo noting he sat on The Warren Report. Finally two letters, one from the Sheriff in Dallas, Texas, Bill Decker dated 21/1/1965 writing that he has forwarded a request for an autograph to Jack Ruby but only if he so desires and one from Beverly Oliver LaPierre, the woman who claimed Jack Ruby introduced her to Oswald at the Carousel Club and also saw David Ferrie and Jack Lawrence in the club, refusing to sign three covers for a Mr. Dillon as they are dated Nov. 22, Dallas saying "I do not autograph envelopes dated Nov. 22, Dallas. It's a day to be forgotten not remembered". Estimated Value $3,000 - UP
