Ford, Gerald R: Fine Collection of 75+ Signatures on Photos, Letters and Cards, Signatures by Gerald Ford. Also Rockefeller, O'Neill, Cheney (1913-2006) 38th President of the United States for three years, Ford's journey to the White House via Watergate and Nixon's resignation is almost unequaled. Fine collection of autographs including 10+ pieces signed by Gerald Ford (two signed as Jerry Ford) ranging from 8 x 10" photos, to book plates, to several pre-printed pieces with his auto-pen signature and actual signature just below. Note: Only one piece we can guarantee was signed while President and that is the photo with Egyptian President Anwar Sadat on June 2, 1975 in Salzburg. All others are signed after 1974, a time when Mr and Mrs. Ford were very generous with their signatures and correspondence most especially at public events. Also included are six pieces by Mrs. Betty Ford, and several signed pieces by children Steve, Susan, Tom and Jack. Serving under Ford as Vice President are several signatures by Nelson Rockefeller including a great 8 x 10" double weight photo, one signed by his wife Happy Rockefeller, and numerous signatures by cabinet members including Donald Rumsfeld Ford's first White House Chief of Staff, Attorney General Edward Levi, Secretary of Treasurer, William Simon, Terry O'Donnell, Special Assistant to the President on White House letterhead and 12 more, signing several covers. Also included is a spectacular signed 8 x 10 color photo by Tip O'Neill inscribed Best Wishes, Sincerely Tip O'Neill Speaker, 1977-1986, a signed 8 x 10" photo of a barely recognizable Richard "Dick Cheney a signed 3 x 5" card and a TLS on White House letterhead as White House Chief of Staff all signed as "R.
