Reverse: VICT-ORIA AVGG, Victory standing facing, head left, holding forth wreath and cradling palm in arm. RIC 8; BMC 37-8; RSC 27. NGC Photo certificate grade Ch XF; Strike: 4/5, Surface: 4/5. Light scratches. We agree with the grade but cannot find "Light Scratches". Estimated Value $500 - UP
