Macrinus. Silver Antoninianus (6.05 g), AD 217-218. Rome. IMP C M OPEL SEV MACRINVS AVG, radiate and cuirassed bust of Macrinus right. Reverse: IOVI CONSERVATORI, Jupiter standing facing, holding thunderbolt and scepter; beneath thunderbolt, emper, togate, standing facing, head right. RIC 77; BMC 18; RSC 38a. Very scarce.
