Austrian Art Glass. Probably Austrian two handled bowl. 3½" tall, 5" diameter. Iridescent white cased with white. Applied reeded handles, green threading around center of bowl with small purple decoration. Unsigned. Missing some threading, four small chips at lip, small area of discoloration inside bowl at bottom.
