Estimated Value $4,000 - UP Dr. John Praut (1794-1841) was the family physician to Field Marshall, Prince Michael Semenovich Vorontsov, Governor General of South Russia. He was also the Honorary Physician to Emperor Nicholas I and personal doctor of Vice Admiral Alexei S. Greig, Commander-in-Chief of the Black Sea Fleet.
